Music Therapy

Therapy comes in many forms, and it is best processed in the context of genuine play and within an environment of music.  This dynamic group will utilize music (singing) and games to address the following areas:

Social interactions

Communication

Gross motor

Coordination

Regard for others

Sensory input

Turn taking

Motor processing

and FUN

Taught by:      Kate Harrison, MT-BC, NMT 

                        Pediatric music groups will be lead by a board

                        certified music therapist. 

Classes:      Summer     (with groups of 5-10 children) 

Cost:             $30 per class; $10 each additional child/sibling

                     Insurance will not be billed for services. 

Participants: For children of all ages.

                     All children must be  accompanied by an adult.
